في حين أن البقية مترددين، قامت قوقل بخطوتها الأهم في عالم الأجهزة القابلة للإرتداء وطرحت نسخة خاصة من نظام الأندرويد لتشغل هذه الأجهزة، والبداية ستكون بالتركيز على الساعات الذكية كونها المنتج الأكثر رواجاً وطبعاً لاحقاً سنجد طيف متنوع من الأجهزة الذكية القابلة للإرتداء.
تذكرو هذا الأسم جيداً Android Wear لأننا سنسمعه كثيراً وسيشكل مستقبل جديد لأجهزة لم نكن نتوقع أن نشتريها، قوقل قررت هذه المرة أن تصنع ثورتها بعد أن فعلتها آبل مع الهواتف الذكية.
وكما نعلم جيداً أن الجزء الأصعب في نجاح صناعة التقنية يعتمد على الشق البرمجي وليس العتادي، كل الشركات تعرف تصنع أجهزة بأفضل المواصفات لكن من يمكنه وضع نظام التشغيل و جذب المطورين و إنشاء متاجر التطبيقات لبث الروح في هذه الأجهزة؟ هنا تكمن الصعوبة الحقيقية .. قوقل قررت وضع قدمها لتكون الشركة المعيار وليست التي تنتظر وتتفرج على ما يقدمه الآخرين مثل سوني و سامسونج و غيرها.
بالحديث عن الساعات الذكية لايمكن أن نغفل تجربة Pebble التي اعطت أفضل تجربة حقيقية لـ ” الساعة ” الذكية، أي أنها ركزت على الساعة و الوقت وليس الخواص الأخرى، عملت Pebble بطريقة مختلفة فكان لها نظام التشغيل الخاص بها و المطورين والتطبيقات الخاصة بها، وهذا جهد كبير.
أما قوقل فلديها الأندرويد فائق الشعبية ومفتوح المصدر وعملت على تخصيصه للأجهزة القابلة للإرتداء وطرحت النسخة التجريبية الأولى منه للمطورين، حتماً سنرى لاحقاً تطبيقات خاصة بتلك الأجهزة وحتى متجر تطبيقات.
طرحت سامسونج أول جيل من ساعة Galaxy Gear بنسخة معدلة من نظام الأندرويد والجيل الثاني جاء بنظام تايزن، حتماً الأجيال القادمة ستكون على الأندرويد، لأن ساعات سامسونج السابقة مقتصرة على الإتصال والربط مع أجهزة سامسونج فقط وليس من مصلحتها تجاهل سوق الأندرويد بمختلف أجهزته.
قوقل المستفيد الأكبر من نظام Android Wear فهي ستضمن خدمتها Google Now و تطبيقات خدماتها في الأجهزة، كما أنها ستجذب مطوري التطبيقات بشكل أكبر من أي نظام تشغيل أو شركة ساعات و أجهزة ذكية أخرى كونه النظام الذي سيستخدمه أكبر عدد من الناس حول العالم.
لننظر قليلاً إلى تصاميم الساعات ستجد إتجاهين سائدين: ساعات تشبه أفلام الخيال العلمي، مستطيلة أو مربعة وبعضها يحمل كاميرا ظاهرة و منفذ الشحن و التوصيل و بشاشة ملونة لمسية. و هناك ساعة موتو 360 التي كشفت عنها موتورولا .. أنيقة بحق ولايمكنك أن تقول عنها ساعة ذكية من خلال مشاهدة الصورة، فهي دائرية وتحمل واجهة مشابهة للساعات اليدوية التقليدية ولاتحمل كاميرا ولا منفذ شحن ظاهر ولكنها تعمل على نظام Android Wear.
هل قوقل بحاجة لأن تصنع ساعة ذكية؟ نظرياً ليست بحاجة لذلك فهي تملك الآن ما هو أكبر من مجرد المنتج، هي تملك النظام الاقتصادي الذي ستبنى عليه كل هذه المنتجات، لكن أتوقع أن تطلق ساعة ذكية وقد تحمل اسم نيكسوس أيضاً لتكون كمعيار للصناعة كما فعلت مع بقية الأجهزة. فهي لم تكن بحاجة لإطلاق هاتف ذكي ولا حاسبين لوحيين بالقياسين لكنها فعلت ذلك لتكون المعيار القياسي ليعطي التجربة التي تريدها قوقل وليس الإضافات والواجهات التي تضعها الشركات الأخرى.
الشركات في هذه الحالة تصنع الأجهزة ليس للربح منها إنما لوضع الخطوط التوجيهية و محاولة ضبط السوق الذي تفتحه أمام الجميع. فساعة نيكسوس حتى لو بيعت بسعر التكلفة لكنها ستكون المفتاح أمام باب صناعة جديدة و تطبيقات ومتاجر و مطورين، كل هذا يحتاج للضبط وهو مهمة منتج الشركة التي تصنع نظام التشغيل.
لنعد إلى Google Now، صحيح أن الناس اليوم لا تحمل ساعات في يدها لأن هناك هاتف ذكي دائماً معها يخبرها بالوقت، فالساعة الذكية ستكون مهمتها تقنية وليست لجمال الساعة على اليد. وهنا عبر Google Now ستعطيك تنبيهات ومعلومات قبل أن تطلبها، كما في الهواتف الذكية لكن الساعة في يدك سيكون وصولك إليها أسرع.
الآن وبالنسخة التجريبية يمكن للخدمة أن تخبرك بمعلومات عن الطقس والرسائل والمكالمات الواردة على هاتفك و إشعارات الشبكات الإجتماعية والبريد الإلكتروني ونتائج المباريات ويمكنك التفاعل مع بعضها والرد على المحادثات عبر الأوامر الصوتية والإدخال الصوتي وهذه ستكون مشكلة لدينا نحن العرب فلا نتوقع دعم اللغة العربية. وبالطبع لا تتوقع الإدخال اليدوي عبر لوحة مفاتيح كون أن مساحة الشاشة لايسمح بهذا.
لكن مع الحمى المتوقعة في هذا السوق و الإنجراف الكبير عن إطلاق الساعات الذكية ستكون هناك ساعات مثل موتو 360 تركز على التصميم والأناقة الكلاسيكية بطريقة حديثة وليس على الوظائف التقنية التي يمكن أن تقوم بها. فاليوم هناك الكثير ممن يرتدون ساعات يد لكونها قطعة فنية أو فعلاً لمعرفة الوقت، لذا يجب أن يحظوا بإهتمام الشركات بحيث تعطيهم ساعات بتصاميم معقولة بجمال العناصر التقليدية في الساعة وبنفس الوقت مع وظائف إضافية. تخيل ساعة تحمل عقارب و لوحة أرقام تبدو نافرة و سوار ربط معدني وبنفس الوقت تشحنها بالكهرباء وترتبط بهاتفك الذكي، هذا ما تحاول فعله موتورولا مثلاً.
ليس مفاجئاً أن عام 2014 سيكون عام الساعات الذكية وبعدها النظارات الذكية بقيادة نظارة قوقل التي طال انتظارها، ومن ثم تدريجياً ستتوسع الشركات لصنع أجهزة و أشياء يمكنك ارتدائها لمراقبة حركتك وتوضع على أماكن مختلفة من جسمك وليس فقط معصم اليد.
